The types of intervention techniques utilised for learning disabilities include:
- Neurofeedback

- Interactive Metronome®
- Cogmed Working Memory Training
- Exercises to Inhibit Primitive Reflexes
- Remedial Teaching
Dyslexia Testing
Dyslexia is a language-based learning disability that affects people differently. While there is no cure for the condition, there are a number of interventions available including remedial teaching, neurofeedback and Samonas Sound Therapy. We offer complete dyslexia testing and assessment in our facilities.
Dyspraxia
Dyspraxia is a developmental disorder that affects motor coordination in both children and adults. Comprehensive assessment and early intervention are critical. We undertake complete psychometric testing to deliver a tailored intervention for the individual.
Educational assessments from our centre include:
- Assessment of Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD)
- Primitive Reflexes
- Psychometric testing
- Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE)
- Interactive Metronome®
- Samonas Sound Therapy
We also offer remediation for individuals with reading, spelling, comprehension and maths difficulties. Every individual goes through a comprehensive diagnostic interview followed by psychometric testing. These are necessary to gain a better understanding of the difficulties and to choose an appropriate intervention for the individual.
